No book, no phone, no coffee to sip through it. Just sitting.
Ten minutes is short enough that there is no excuse and long enough that your nervous system notices. The first three minutes are uncomfortable. The last three are the reason to do it.
You do not need a view. A step, a balcony, a parked car with the door open all work.
Do it at the same time for a week and it stops being an experiment and starts being the part of the day you protect.

How to actually do it
- 01Choose the chair, step or patch of grass you will use.
- 02Set a ten-minute timer so you are not clock-watching.
- 03Repeat it tomorrow at the same time.
You already know if this is the one. Go put a date on it.
